Initiate Your Request
Log into your Air Saws account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, brand-new condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your request confirmation to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
